Bill Cameron is the principal of Cameron Advisory Services.

Bill’s lengthy in-house counsel and leadership experience and deep network of compliance professionals provides a sharp lens for assessing and reducing overall risk, including identifying opportunities to strengthen corporate ethics and compliance programs and improve company culture.

Bill brings over 20 years of Fortune 500 experience as an attorney, ethics and compliance professional, and trusted executive advisor, to ensure clients are on the path to meet best practice ethics and compliance program goals with a focus on the planning and implementation steps necessary for any successful program expansion or improvement, including engaging key stakeholders across an organization.

Prior to forming CAS, Bill was the senior attorney leading the ethics program at Exelon Corporation (one of the nation’s largest utilities), with an enterprise-wide portfolio that included oversight of internal investigations, the Ethics Helpline, the company Code of Conduct and related training and communications. Prior to joining Exelon, Bill was Senior Counsel at Constellation Energy, handing all aspects of corporate litigation and dispute resolution. Bill began his career as a prosecutor in Baltimore.
